About us

We are a testing, adjusting and balancing contractor working across the Greater Toronto Area. Despite the name, our trade is HVAC — we measure airflow and water flow on commercial systems and tune them to the engineer’s design intent.

Mechanical contractors and building owners bring us in at fit-out, commissioning and retrofit. We turn up with the instruments, do the traverse and the balance, and leave you with a signed-off report your consultant can file.

How we work

Send the drawingsEmail the mechanical drawings and the schedule. We quote the balance scope within two working days.
We test on siteOur technicians traverse ducts, read flows and set valves and dampers to the engineer’s design.

What does a TAB report include?

Measured airflow and water flow against design, instrument references, and signed results your consultant can file.

Do you balance existing buildings?

Yes — we survey systems in service, diagnose comfort complaints and rebalance where needed.

How much notice do you need?

Usually a week, but we fit in urgent close-out work when we can.

Are your instruments calibrated?

All field instruments carry current calibration certificates, listed in the report.
